  2. Get 8 oz. fresh Mottzarella cheese
  3. Get 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  4. Take 2 tsp. White Vinegar
  5. Take 1 tbs. dried crushed Basil leaves
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp. ground Black Pepper
  7. Get 1 dash Salt
  8. Prepare 1 dash Garlic Powder

Instructions to make Fresh Tomatoes and Mottzarella:
  1. Slice tomatoes and then slice in halves, set aside.
  2. Quarter cheese ball and cut slices from each chunk.
  3. Layer tomatoes and cheese slices alternately on plate.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in jar and shake well.
  5. Pour over tom/cheese and let sit at room temp. for at least one hour.
