Steps to make Beef and Potato Stew:
  1. Press the sauté setting and let the pot heat up. Melt a tablespoon of butter and then pour in diced onion. Sauté until it turns translucent.
  2. Mince a head of garlic and pour into the pot. Stir altogether.
  3. Pour in 1 tablespoon of flour and a cup of water. Stir until well combined and the sauce gets thicken with no lumps.
  4. Peel and chop carrots and potatoes. Pour all ingredients into the pot. Mix well.
  5. Add in remaining water until everything is covered.
  6. Press stew setting and let it sit for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with coriander and spring onion.
